Unregulated professions

Unregulated professions include all jobs that can be performed without the need for registration in National Professional Registers.

Since no national professional orders exist for these professions, they are subject, for instance, for example in Italy, to Law No. 4/2013. This law states that professionals in unregulated professions can form associations but are not required to maintain or register in a professional register.

In such cases, international law—and similar frameworks elsewhere—provides for the establishment of professional associations that serve the same purpose as professional orders. EdVerso operates within this context.

In some countries, there are specific professional registers, and therefore regulated professions. Individuals registered with EdVerso, if they wish to operate in those countries, MUST comply with the national regulations.
